About Us

Integrated Design is a process that can be widely applied across many elements important to building development. It is this wide applicability which makes it attractive to designers interested in sustainable or environmentally sound design. Multiple elements are considered interactively. Sustainability and energy efficiency goals are synergized. In general, the integrated design approach is more holistic and inclusive. More players are involved early and more options considered.

LEED

The LEED green building certification program encourages and accelerates global adoption of sustainable development practices. It is a suite of rating systems that recognize projects that implement strategies for better environmental and health performance.

LEED is a third-party certification program and the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction and operation of high-performance green buildings. LEED gives building owners and operators the tools they need to have an immediate and measurable impact on their buildings’ performance. LEED promotes a whole-building approach to sustainability by recognizing performance in five key areas of human and environmental health: sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection and indoor environmental quality

Greenbuilt tech

Green Building, also known as green construction or sustainable building, is the practice of creating structures and using processes that are environmentally responsible  throughout a building's life-cycle.The building's entire life cycle is considered;: from siting though design, construction, operation, maintenance, renovation, and deconstruction. This practice complements the classical building design concerns of economy, utility, durability, and comfort. The common objective is, green buildings are designed to reduce the overall impact on the natural environment and, by extension, human health.
